United Equipment Group, an established heavy equipment and contracting company operating across Qatar and KSA, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team.
This is a hands-on coordination role for someone organized, reliable, and disciplined with records.
You will be responsible for keeping our fleet and logistics operations running smoothly, that includes coordinating vehicle movements, servicing, and documentation across multiple sites, and most importantly for maintaining the accurate records that the operation depends on.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the movement and scheduling of vehicles, trucks, trailers, and equipment across sites in Qatar and KSA
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date logs of all logistics activity, trips, assignments, vehicle status, and job records
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and inspections with the workshop, and track each vehicle through to completion
- Manage documentation for FAHES inspections, Istimara renewals, and vehicle registration
- Track and report on logistics activity, costs, and pending items
- Ensure proper records are kept for every request, movement, and job.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, fleet coordination, or a similar operational role
- Strong organizational skills and genuine discipline with documentation and record-keeping
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and logistics/fleet tracking tools
- Practical knowledge of Qatar's vehicle processes (FAHES, Istimara, Woqod) is an advantage
- Able to coordinate across multiple departments and follow a process consistently without being chased
- Clear communicator in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Valid Qatar driving license preferred
- Valid QID with transferable visa / NOC preferred
