Logistics & IOR/EOR Manager

About This Role

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Logistics & Depot Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of server hardware depot locations in Saudi Arabia and Dubai. Coordinate receipt, storage, inventory control, and distribution of hardware to customers and service teams. IOR/EOR Compliance: Experience with Importer of Record and Exporter of Record for shipments into and out of the Middle East. Ensure compliance with local customs regulations, trade laws, and licensing requirements. Manage all required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. Shipping & Handling: Plan and execute international shipping operations for high-value and sensitive IT equipment. Work with global logistics partners to optimize freight routes, timelines, and cost efficiency. Handle special shipping requirements such as temperature-controlled or shock-protected packaging. Special Certifications & Regulatory Approvals: Obtain and maintain relevant permits, licenses, and certifications to import/export IT server hardware into Saudi Arabia and UAE. Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with global logistics teams, service operations, and customers to ensure timely delivery and installation. Act as the primary point of contact for all import/export matters in the region. Risk & Issue Management: Proactively address shipment delays, customs holds, and compliance issues. Maintain contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted hardware supply. </
