3PL Sales Executive — Logistics & Cargo
About This Role
Business development — identify, prospect, and convert new B2B clients across target verticals (retail, manufacturing, FMCG, e-commerce).
Solution selling — understand client supply chain challenges and craft tailored 3PL proposals covering freight, warehousing, and value-added services.
Account management — nurture and grow an existing portfolio of clients; manage renewals, upsells, and service performance reviews.
Pipeline management — maintain an accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline in CRM; forecast revenue and report to management weekly.
Quotations & negotiations — coordinate with operations and pricing teams to produce competitive RFQ responses; lead commercial negotiations to close.
Market intelligence — monitor competitor activity, market trends, and trade lane developments to refine the sales approach.
Cross-functional collaboration — work closely with operations, customs, and finance teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new accounts.
