Responsibilities and work areas
- Coordinate international shipping, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
- Track shipments and expedite deliveries.
- Handle shipping documentation and customs clearance.
- Monitor purchase orders and delivery schedules.
- Support offshore, onshore, and EPC project logistics.
- Track logistics costs, compare freight quotations, and report logistics activity.
Skills
- Use Microsoft Excel for logistics trackers and reporting.
- Apply Incoterms including EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF, and DAP.
- Understand commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, and Certificates of Origin.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Five years required in EPC/oil and gas, supplier and freight-forwarder coordination, and logistics coordination and expediting.
- Five years required in shipping documentation and customs clearance, purchase-order and delivery tracking, offshore/onshore/EPC project logistics, and cost control and logistics reporting.
- English required.
