Lobby Hostess

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Lobby Hostess to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

As the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience.

This position requires someone who is organized, friendly, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Greet and welcome all guests and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival

Serve traditional Arabic coffee to guests and visitors as part of our hospitality offering

Communicate with guests in Arabic and English to ensure clear understanding of their needs and preferences

Manage the lobby flow and coordinate guest check-in procedures with the front desk team

Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions

Answer inquiries and address guest requests promptly and courteously

Maintain a professional appearance and ensure the lobby environment is clean, organized, and welcoming

Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Assist with special requests and resolve guest concerns with empathy and efficiency

Monitor lobby activity and ensure security and safety protocols are followed

Maintain composure and professionalism while managing multiple tasks simultaneously

Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed

Maintain detailed guest preference records and communicate relevant information to appropriate departments to enhance personalized service delivery

Assist with coordination of lobby events, conferences, and special occasions to ensure smooth execution and guest satisfaction

Conduct regular lobby inspections and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly
