Balancing creativity with commercial insight, you will anticipate operational needs, build strong supplier partnerships, and drive smart purchasing decisions that deliver consistency, innovation, and excellence across the hotel.

Collaborate closely with department leaders to forecast requirements and ensure seamless supply across all guest touchpoints Source, evaluate, and onboard high-quality suppliers that meet SLS standards of luxury, reliability, and consistency Monitor supplier performance and take corrective action where needed to protect service delivery and brand integrity Oversee inventory management across departments, ensuring optimal stock levels, minimal waste, and operational readiness Manage procurement budgets, conduct cost analysis, and identify efficiencies without compromising quality Ensure all purchasing activities comply with internal policies, brand standards, and local regulatory requirements Maintain accurate purchasing records, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier documentation Drive process improvements through procurement systems, automation, and reporting tools Lead and develop the purchasing team, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and collaboration Act as the key liaison between suppliers, operational departments, and finance to ensure alignment and efficiency Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, proactively resolving issues such as delays, shortages, or compliance gaps Champion sustainable sourcing practices and environmentally responsible alternatives in line with brand commitments
