Here is what we are looking for
· Review initial loan approval and work with borrower to gather appropriate documentation
· Collect all required documentation for the loan package
· Create a loan submission package for the Underwriting department
· Submit files to assigned Underwriter
· Satisfy all conditions when received from Underwriter
· Communicate with other professionals, including attorneys, county clerks and title companies
Qualifications
- · 10 + years processing residential mortgage loans (FHA, VA, Conventional/ Purchase, Refinance) under various programs in a quality consistent with all company policies and procedures as well as meeting all government and regulatory requirements
- · Utilize in house technical systems and programs such as Encompass
- · Thorough working knowledge of underwriting policies, compliance, and procedures
- · Excellent written and oral communication skills
- · Strong organizational, problem-solving, multi-tasking and analytical skills
