Qualifications:

• · 10+ years processing residential mortgage loans (FHA, VA, Conventional/ Purchase, Refinance) under various programs in a quality consistent with all company policies and procedures as well as meeting all government and regulatory requirements
• · Utilize in house technical systems and programs such as Encompass
• · Thorough working knowledge of underwriting policies, compliance, and procedures
• · Excellent written and oral communication skills
• · Strong organizational, problem-solving, multi-tasking and analytical skills
