Qualifications

• · Current CHUMS Certification with 5 + years FHA / Conventional Underwriting Experience
• · Strong capability to work in multiple systems such as Encompass - paperless environment
• · Knowledgeable in regulatory, policy and compliance issues pertaining to the mortgage industry
• · Ability to successfully manage a substantial pipeline of loans in a timely manner, while focusing on accuracy and important details
• · Knowledge in regulatory issues in both underwriting/finance and real estate
