• London-based hybrid role with three days in the office.

Responsibilities

• Review financial accounts, bank statements, and risk reports to process loan applications.
• Complete KYC checks during borrower onboarding and refer cases to AML and Fraud teams where needed.
• Use third-party systems to collect applicant and business information.
• Reconcile loan documents with internal system data for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, or control weaknesses in day-to-day work.
• Collaborate with the team and use approved AI tools to improve productivity.

What the employer is looking for

• At least six months of experience in a high-volume operations or administrative role.
• Ability to meet deadlines and business goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, self-motivation, strong organisation, and ability to follow procedures and complete repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with financial documents, bank statements, and identification documents is advantageous, not essential.
• Ability to identify useful Generative AI applications and use approved AI tools safely and effectively.
