Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Listing Coordinator to support our real estate team. The Listing Coordinator will play a key role in managing property listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms, and facilitating the smooth onboarding of new listings. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the property listing process.
- Ensure all listings are accurately entered on real estate platforms (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
- Collect and verify property documentation and images from agents and developers.
- Schedule property photography, videography, and other marketing activities.
- Maintain up-to-date records of active, pending, and closed listings.
- Communicate with agents and clients to ensure timely updates and responses.
- Monitor listing performance and recommend improvements as needed.
- Assist with drafting listing descriptions and marketing materials.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate administration, listing coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and listing portals (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of real estate documentation is a plus.
- UAE real estate market experience preferred.
