About This Role

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage and organize property listings, client records, and company documents.
  • Prepare contracts, forms, and other real estate documentation.
  • Coordinate with agents regarding meetings, viewings, and client follow-ups.
  • Update CRM and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
  • Assist with property advertising on portals and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with developers, clients, and admin departments when required.
  • Monitor and track deal progress and required paperwork.
  • Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Ensure all files and documents are properly maintained and updated.
  • Perform general office administrative duties.
