About This Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and organize property listings, client records, and company documents.
- Prepare contracts, forms, and other real estate documentation.
- Coordinate with agents regarding meetings, viewings, and client follow-ups.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate records.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Assist with property advertising on portals and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with developers, clients, and admin departments when required.
- Monitor and track deal progress and required paperwork.
- Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
- Ensure all files and documents are properly maintained and updated.
- Perform general office administrative duties.
