Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Listing Coordinator to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, coordination, and working closely with real estate agents to ensure listings are accurate, compliant, and high-performing.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
English and Arabic Speaker.
Create, upload, and manage property listings across CRM systems and property portals
Ensure listing accuracy (pricing, descriptions, photos, availability)
Coordinate with agents, property owners, and teams
Maintain required documentation and approvals
Update listings regularly and remove expired properties
Monitor listing performance and support marketing efforts
Respond to inquiries and assist with administrative tasks when needed

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with real estate portals and CRM systems
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines
