Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Listing Agent role based in Abu Dhabi.

The Listing Agent will be responsible for managing property listings by liaising with property owners, conducting market analysis, advising clients on pricing strategies, and ensuring accurate property information across all listings platforms.

Additional responsibilities include coordinating showings with potential buyers or tenants, assisting with client negotiations, ensuring smooth property transactions, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Property Sales, Leasing, and Marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of Facility and Property Management practices
  • Familiarity with Maintenance & Fit-Out services
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Ability to conduct in-depth market analysis and valuation methodologies
  • Experience in managing real estate transactions and navigating sales processes
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (bilingual candidates are preferred)
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry, particularly in Abu Dhabi and/or Dubai, is advantageous
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
  • Valid UAE driving license is essential
