About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Social Media Campaign Specialist with proven experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns to generate quality leads, increase brand awareness, and promote real estate projects across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns for real estate projects in Abu Dhabi.
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional advertisements.
- Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Generate and monitor real estate leads through digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to promote listings, launches, and events.
- Prepare monthly content calendars and campaign strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance, engagement, and ROI through insights and reporting tools.
- Stay updated with Abu Dhabi real estate trends, competitor activities, and social media trends.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with company branding and UAE advertising guidelines.
- Cover property shoots, events, and promotional activities when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing within the Abu Dhabi real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi real estate market trends and audience targeting.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social media analytics tools.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage.
- Experience in creating high-converting lead generation campaigns.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
