Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Abu Dhabi.
The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing property sales and leasing transactions, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
include assisting clients in property selection, negotiating offers, providing market insights, and ensuring the documentation and legal processes are completed efficiently.
The role involves actively promoting company listings and services to potential clients while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
Qualifications
- A valid Real Estate License and a thorough understanding of real estate market trends and regulations
- Driving license
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven expertise in Real Estate, including experience in property sales, leasing, and marketing
- Strong Sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Real Property laws and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi and Dubai property market is an advantage
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
