About This Role
Overview
- Evaluate the property to estimate its value and determine an appropriate price based on market trends and comparable sales
- Prepare and present a comprehensive marketing plan for selling the property
- Stage the property and organize open houses and viewings
- Create, publish and distribute property listings on various platforms
- Negotiate with potential buyers or their agents to achieve the best possible sales price
- Prepare and review contracts and agreements to ensure all terms are met
- Coordinate with appraisers, escrow companies, and lenders during the transaction process
- Provide regular updates to sellers about the status of their property sale
- Comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations in all dealings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
