Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Listing Agent.
The Listing Agent will handle a range of responsibilities, including evaluating and marketing properties, managing client relationships, preparing detailed property listings, and negotiating contracts.
The individual will ensure properties are showcased effectively, conduct market analyses, and maintain robust communication with clients to facilitate smooth transactions.
Delivering high-quality service and professionalism in every interaction is crucial to the role.
Qualifications
- Real estate marketing and property listing expertise, including knowledge of market trends and evaluation techniques
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism
- Organizational abilities to manage multiple listings, transactions, and deadlines
- Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools for real estate marketing
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Prior experience in the UAE real estate market is a major advantage
- Valid UAE driver's license and RERA certification are preferred
