Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Listing Administrator to manage and maintain property listings across Bayut and other real estate portals.
The ideal candidate will ensure all property information is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with portal requirements while supporting the sales team in generating quality leads through effective property marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload, update, and manage property listings on **Bayut**, Property Finder, and other real estate portals.
- Ensure all property information, descriptions, prices, images, and videos are accurate and updated regularly.
- Monitor listing performance and maintain listing quality scores.
- Coordinate with agents to collect property details, photographs, floor plans, and required documents.
- Verify property availability and remove expired or unavailable listings promptly.
- Create attractive property descriptions and marketing content.
- Track portal credits and manage listing allocations efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with RERA, Trakheesi, and portal guidelines.
- Generate regular reports on listings, leads, and portal performance.
- Assist the sales team with property data management and administrative support.
- Handle CRM updates and ensure data accuracy across all platforms.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for featured listings and promotional campaigns.
Mandatory
- Minimum **1–2 years of UAE real estate listing experience**.
- Hands-on experience with **Bayut Listing Management**.
- Knowledge of Property Finder, Dubizzle, and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of UAE real estate regulations and Trakheesi requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience with real estate CRM platforms.
- Ability to manage high volumes of listings efficiently.
- Experience in generating listing performance reports and analytics.
