Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Listing Administrator to manage and maintain property listings across Bayut and other real estate portals.

The ideal candidate will ensure all property information is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with portal requirements while supporting the sales team in generating quality leads through effective property marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload, update, and manage property listings on **Bayut**, Property Finder, and other real estate portals.
  • Ensure all property information, descriptions, prices, images, and videos are accurate and updated regularly.
  • Monitor listing performance and maintain listing quality scores.
  • Coordinate with agents to collect property details, photographs, floor plans, and required documents.
  • Verify property availability and remove expired or unavailable listings promptly.
  • Create attractive property descriptions and marketing content.
  • Track portal credits and manage listing allocations efficiently.
  • Maintain compliance with RERA, Trakheesi, and portal guidelines.
  • Generate regular reports on listings, leads, and portal performance.
  • Assist the sales team with property data management and administrative support.
  • Handle CRM updates and ensure data accuracy across all platforms.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for featured listings and promotional campaigns.

Mandatory

  • Minimum **1–2 years of UAE real estate listing experience**.
  • Hands-on experience with **Bayut Listing Management**.
  • Knowledge of Property Finder, Dubizzle, and CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of UAE real estate regulations and Trakheesi requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with real estate CRM platforms.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of listings efficiently.
  • Experience in generating listing performance reports and analytics.
