Square Yards UAE is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented **Listing Admin** to manage property listings across real estate portals and internal CRM systems.
The ideal candidate will ensure all property information is accurate, updated, and compliant with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, upload, and manage property listings on major UAE real estate portals and company CRM systems.
- Verify property details, pricing, descriptions, images, and availability before publishing.
- Coordinate with agents to obtain listing information, permits, and supporting documents.
- Update, renew, and deactivate listings as required.
- Ensure all listings comply with RERA regulations and company policies.
- Monitor listing performance and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Maintain a database of property inventory and documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum **1–2 years of UAE real estate experience** in a Listing Admin or Real Estate Admin role.
- Hands-on experience with UAE property portals and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of RERA regulations and listing procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Dynamic and Professional Work Environment
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
