Light Duty Driver

Responsibilities

• Follow UAE traffic rules and report health and safety hazards to the immediate head.
• Assist with drive tests of new vehicles.
• Ensure vehicles are loaded correctly to prevent shifting loads and imbalance.
• Choose sensible alternate routes to reduce journey time and improve efficiency and fuel consumption.
• Maintain daily trip sheets and provide necessary data to the operations assistant.
• Pick up and return processed items and linens to customers according to schedules and ad hoc requests.
• Keep the vehicle clean to maintain the fleet and minimize the risk of linen contamination.
• Interact with internal and external customers politely and professionally.

Qualifications and experience

• High school certificate.
• Valid UAE licence for light-duty vehicles is required.
• Two years of driving experience on UAE roads.
• Good communication skills.
