Land Surveyor role
Performs field measurements, sets out construction points, and prepares topographic maps for infrastructure and building projects.
Work is to comply with Dubai Municipality or Road and Transport Authority standards.
Surveying and project coordination
- Conduct field surveys, topographic mapping, and geodetic calculations.
- Establish horizontal and vertical control points, lines, and levels for construction projects.
- Prepare maps, sketches, survey reports, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
- Ensure work complies with Dubai Municipality and RTA standards.
- Maintain, calibrate, and operate Total Stations, GPS equipment, and levels.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and engineers to verify measurements and resolve discrepancies.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–12+ years of land surveying experience in construction, specifically including high-rise projects.
- Proficiency in GPS, Total Station, and CAD software is required.
- Familiarity with UAE local authority procedures and land laws.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Pay
- AED 7,000–10,000 per month.
