Role and responsibilities
- Coordinate technical activities and detailed plans to accomplish goals.
- Analyze information and evaluate results to select solutions and solve problems.
- Coordinate structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical teams.
- Develop and maintain constructive working relationships with colleagues and partners.
- Analyze information and data to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts.
- Direct, review, and approve product designs and changes.
- Review and recommend or approve materials and cost estimates; prepare comparison statements.
- Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
Candidate profile
- Hold a Civil Engineering degree; professional engineering certification is required where applicable.
- Have 15–20 years of civil construction experience in high-rise, commercial, or industrial projects, including supervision of major construction sites.
- Be classified as an Unlimited Floors Engineer.
- Know engineering design and construction codes.
- Have excellent construction scheduling and site management skills, plus strong budget management and cost reporting skills.
- Have experience handling subcontractor variance reports and claims settlements.
- Unlimited Floors Certification is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 48,000–50,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person in Dubai.
