The Lifeguard ensures pool guest safety while delivering memorable hospitality experiences.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, respond promptly to requests, and resolve issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Monitor pool activity, prevent accidents, enforce pool rules, and promote safe swimming practices.
- Respond to emergencies according to the emergency action plan, providing rescue or first aid when necessary.
- Inspect, clean, and maintain the pool area to keep it safe.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
