About the Role
Takaful Emarat PSC is seeking dynamic, self‑driven, and customer‑focused Direct Sales Advisors to join our expanding Life Insurance & Investment division in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a performance‑driven environment and are passionate about helping clients secure their financial future through Shariah‑compliant protection and investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients through direct sales, field visits, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Present and promote Takaful life insurance and investment products in a clear, compliant, and consultative manner.
- Conduct financial needs analysis to recommend suitable protection and investment plans.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships to ensure policy retention and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and documentation.
- Ensure full adherence to regulatory guidelines, company policies, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in life insurance, banking, wealth management, or direct sales is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
