Job Profile
- Ensure the minimum attainment of Unit production, Budgeted objectives in a Timely Manner.
- Recruit Life Sales Consultants in line with the Company’s Standards and Processes.
- Implement strategies and action plans to ensure achievement of Targets.
- Lead and motivate team daily to achieve Budgeted Objectives.
- Do Joint Field Work with team members. Ensure that the team maintains high standard of conduct and behavior with both Internal and External customers.
