About This Role
Responsible for Recruiting and Managing the Sales Team & Ensuring Business Target Achievement
Job Profile
Ensure the minimum attainment of Unit production, Budgeted objectives in a Timely Manner.
Recruit Life Sales Consultants in line with the Company’s Standards and Processes.
Implement strategies and action plans to ensure achievement of Targets.
Lead and motivate team daily to achieve Budgeted Objectives.
Do Joint Field Work with team members. Ensure that the team maintains high standard of conduct and behavior with both Internal and External customers.
