### *Who You Are*
We are looking for "go-getters" who possess:
* *Proven Sales Experience:* Background in Banking, SME Sales, Credit Cards, or Financial Products is required.
* *Market Knowledge:* Prior insurance or financial sales experience *within the UAE* is highly preferred.
* *The "Edge":* Life Insurance sales experience is a significant advantage.
* *Entrepreneurial Mindset:* A self-motivated approach to building a "business within a business."
* *Communication Skills:* Fluency in English is a must; multilingual skills (Arabic, Hindi, etc.) are a major plus.
* *Critical Thinking:* Ability to solve problems proactively and think on your feet.

* *Location:* Ability to commute or relocate within the UAE.
* *Mobility:* A valid UAE Driving License is a strong advantage.
* *Education:* High school diploma or higher; financial certifications are a plus.
