- Get to know our Teams in service and talk to recruiters about your interest

What You'll Do
- At Tesla, we strive to find the best people.
- We are looking for qualified, innovative, and open-minded people for our positions as a Service Technician.
- Use Tesla software and advanced tools to service, repair, and maintain all Tesla vehicle types
- Work efficiently to exceed quality and productivity expectations, progressing toward full autonomy on complex repairs
- Ensure first-time-right fixes with thorough pre-return and pre-delivery inspections
- Collaborate across teams to share best practices and elevate the service experience
- Grow through in-house training while contributing your own knowledge to the team
- **What You'll Bring**- Extensive vehicle service/repair experience (automotive, aviation, marine, or similar)
- You ideally have relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs. However, this is not a requirement
- Clear and respectful communicator in English
- Valid driver's license
- Flexible with shifts (including weekends/mornings/evenings) and willing to travel
