Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT IoT Section Head to lead IoT operations and infrastructure, ensuring system stability, connectivity, security, and reliable service delivery across smart technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IoT operations and technical teams
- Oversee IoT architecture, device management, and system integrations
- Manage network infrastructure, troubleshooting, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Monitor system performance, dashboards, and cybersecurity practices
- Coordinate with vendors and support operational improvement initiatives
- Ensure smooth API integrations, database connectivity, and analytics reporting
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in IoT, IT infrastructure, or technical operations
- Hands-on experience with Linux/Windows systems and cloud environments
- Strong knowledge of monitoring tools, integrations, and network infrastructure
- Good understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and analytics tools
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in project coordination and vendor management
