Partner Agent opportunity

The role offers experienced lettings professionals the opportunity to build an independent lettings business as a Partner Agent.

The company provides systems, compliance support and operational structure so agents can focus on portfolio and income growth.

The agent runs an independent business with support from the wider organisation.

Earnings potential

  • The posting advertises potential earnings above £70,000 in the first year when letting four properties per month.
  • Agents receive 70% of the letting and property management fees they generate.
  • The earnings example is based on average monthly rent of £1,325; income may grow as the managed portfolio grows.

  • Structured onboarding, weekly live team sessions, in-person events and one-to-one Success Coach support are provided.
  • Online training covers lettings legislation and property management practices; CeLAP and CePAP qualifications may be available.
  • The company provides a step-by-step business roadmap, branded marketing materials and digital and social content.
  • Tools include a purpose-built CRM, Rightmove, Propoly, PayProp and FlatFair.
