Partner agent opportunity

Build an independent lettings business with systems, compliance support and operational structure provided.

The role is intended for agents seeking to grow income and manage their own portfolio without carrying compliance risk alone.

Earnings potential

  • The posting states that letting four properties per month could result in earnings over £70,000 in the first year, based on average monthly rent of £1,325.
  • Agents receive 70% of the letting and property management fees they generate.
  • Income can grow with the managed portfolio, with an additional residual income opportunity through network revenue share.

Business development

  • Build and grow an independent lettings business and managed portfolio.
  • Develop a local personal brand and use provided marketing assets to attract business.

  • Support includes structured onboarding, weekly live sessions, in-person events and one-to-one coaching.
  • Online property management training covers lettings legislation and best practice, with the opportunity to gain CeLAP and CePAP qualifications.
  • A business-in-a-box package includes digital assets, social content, direct mail and branded merchandise.
  • Platforms include a purpose-built CRM, Rightmove, Propoly, PayProp and FlatFair.

Candidate profile

  • Experienced lettings professional, portfolio manager or property manager.
  • Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
  • An existing network of landlords and investors is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated and ready to build a business with structured support.
