Partner Agent opportunity

Build an independent lettings business with systems, compliance support and operational structure provided by The Letting Experts.

The model is aimed at experienced lettings professionals seeking greater control over their income and business.

Earnings potential

  • Agents receive 70% of the letting fees and property management fees they generate.
  • The employer states that letting four properties per month could produce over £70,000 in the first year, based on average monthly rent of £1,325.
  • Income may grow with the managed portfolio, with a residual revenue-share opportunity through building a network.

Support and resources

  • A dedicated team supports pre-tenancy compliance, move-in processes, rent collection, client accounting, legal guidance and property management.
  • Support includes structured onboarding, weekly live team sessions, in-person events and one-to-one guidance from a Success Coach.
  • An online learning platform covers lettings legislation and property management practice; qualifications including CeLAP and CePAP may be available.
  • The package includes a business-building roadmap, personal branding support, marketing materials and platforms such as CRM, Rightmove, Propoly, PayProp and FlatFair.
