Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, delivery, scope definition, timelines, and success metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, status updates, and governance meetings.
• Support pilots, user acceptance testing, rollout, adoption, and change management.
• Report progress, benefits, risks, and opportunities; improve delivery processes and governance.
• Ensure implementations align with security, compliance, risk, and responsible AI requirements.

Skills and experience

• Experience managing technology, legal technology, AI, digital transformation, or business process projects in a law firm, professional services, or corporate setting.
• Strong project management expertise in planning, resource coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Understanding of legal workflows, legal operations, knowledge management, or professional services delivery.
• Experience working with software development, product, and engineering teams using Agile or hybrid delivery.
• Ability to manage simultaneous initiatives in a fast-paced global environment and influence stakeholders across organizational levels.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and organizational skills; experience supporting technology adoption and user engagement.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification is desirable.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, legal AI platforms, document automation, or knowledge management solutions is desirable.
• Understanding of responsible AI, information governance, privacy, and regulatory considerations.
