Work at the intersection of law, technology, and business, designing AI-enabled legal technology solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with lawyers, practice groups, and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI and legal technology opportunities.
- Translate legal workflows and business requirements into solution designs and technical design documents for architecture, security, and governance review.
- Design end-to-end AI-enabled solutions for legal service delivery, knowledge management, research, drafting, and operational efficiency.
- Build prototypes and proofs of concept before committing engineering resources.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define requirements, prioritize features, and guide delivery.
- Evaluate emerging AI, legal technology, and automation capabilities and recommend practical applications.
- Align solutions with architecture, security, governance, privacy, and responsible AI standards.
- Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and user testing; identify opportunities to scale, standardize, and improve solutions.
Requirements
- Ability to partner with lawyers, practice groups, and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI and legal technology opportunities.
- Ability to translate legal workflows and business requirements into solution designs and technical design documents.
- Ability to design AI-enabled solutions for legal service delivery, knowledge management, research, drafting, and operational efficiency.
- Experience building prototypes and proofs of concept to validate solution designs.
- Ability to collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define requirements, prioritize features, and guide delivery.
- Ability to assess AI, legal technology, and automation capabilities and recommend practical applications.
- Ensure solutions meet architecture, security, governance, privacy, and responsible AI standards.
- Ability to lead discovery workshops and user testing to validate requirements and encourage adoption.
