Tamheer program is an on-the-job training program for Saudis aimed at developing graduates with diplomas/bachelor's degrees or higher and providing them with practical field experience.

About the Role
Support Sidra Capital's Legal function by gaining hands-on exposure to transactional legal work, regulatory compliance, and fund documentation across our real estate products and investment structures.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to apply academic legal knowledge in a professional, Shariah-compliant asset management environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents including NDAs, service agreements, and investment-related contracts under the guidance of senior legal staff
- Support the review of fund Terms & Conditions to ensure alignment with CMA regulations and Shariah compliance standards
- Help prepare and organize regulatory filings and submissions to authorities such as the CMA
- Conduct legal research on real estate, investment, and regulatory topics relevant to ongoing matters
- Assist in coordinating asset transfer processes to Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and supporting bylaw amendment procedures
- Support coordination with notary offices for the notarization of fund-related transactions
- Maintain and organize legal filing systems for documents and agreements
- Assist in translating legal documents between Arabic and English as required
- Collaborate with internal departments to support document preparation and review workflows
Qualifications
- Recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Strong interest in real estate law, investment regulations, or financial services
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English, with solid written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly
