Role Overview

• The Legal Intern will support the legal and corporate advisory division while gaining practical exposure to:
• UAE corporate legal advisory
• Commercial documentation
• Client consultations
• Business setup structures
• Legal sales and client relationship management
• This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in corporate legal advisory and commercial legal services within a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal agreements and corporate documents
• Support the legal team with client consultations and advisory matters
• Conduct legal and regulatory research
• Prepare proposals and legal service summaries for clients
• Assist with compliance and corporate structuring matters
• Coordinate with internal departments including business setup and real estate
• Maintain legal documentation and CRM updates
• Support client follow-ups and administrative legal processes
• Participate in client meetings and internal strategy discussions

• Requirements
• Law graduate or currently pursuing a law degree
• Strong interest in corporate and commercial law
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong organizational and research skills

• Fluent English required
• Arabic is considered an advantage
