Richmond Park Associates (RPA) is a legal advisory, business intelligence and cyber consultancy working with, but not exclusively for, corporate, financial and high-value asset owners, whether in aviation, maritime (commercial and private), automotive, art or aerospace.
We take a partner approach to our clients' issues and enable decision makers to act decisively whilst understanding and navigating the risks and uncertainties that brought them to RPA.
The opportunity
We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join our Dubai, UAE legal team on a remote basis as a Summer Legal Intern.
You will have the chance to work on a wide variety of matters spanning corporate, commercial, and regulatory sectors.
This role provides ample opportunity for career development through diverse, real-world engagements alongside experienced practitioners.
Key responsibilities
- Your primary focus will be to support the legal team across a broad range of matters, including:
- conducting legal research across multiple jurisdictions
- assisting with legal drafting and document review
- supporting lawyers on client matters and case preparation
- preparing internal memoranda, summaries, and reports
- monitoring legal and regulatory developments relevant to our practice areas
- assisting with commercial and compliance-related matters
Requirements
- We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented law student or recent graduate with a genuine interest in international commercial law.
- The ideal candidate will:
- have exceptional command of the English language, both written and oral
- be consistent, organised, and proactive
- be able to problem-solve independently and collaboratively
- be enrolled in or have completed a law degree from an accredited university
- Our offer
- This is a paid four (4) week internship, available in July or August 2026.
- We believe in fair compensation for interns and pay appropriately for the work and commitment we ask of them.
- Remuneration will be discussed with selected candidates during the interview process.
