Regional role with global exposure across EMEA & beyond Broad remit across commercial, IP, compliance projects
Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including supply, distribution, and marketing contracts
Provide legal advice to global marketing teams, particularly on licensing and brand partnerships
Manage and protect the global trademark portfolio, including registrations and enforcement
Support compliance programmes and advise on risk management across multiple jurisdictions
Lead or support dispute resolution matters across the EMEA region
Contribute to strategic projects including new market entry and M&A activity
Improve legal processes, templates, and deliver training to internal stakeholders
Exposure to high-value, cross-border legal work
A collaborative and internationally focused environment
