Lead - Enterprise AI & Industry Strategy

Exciting role to contribute to spearhead AI implementation in a FMCG. This is a high-impact role focused on AI & Automation. Define and drive the enterprise AI and automation road map aligned with business priorities Identify and prioritise high-value AI and digital use cases across operations and support functions Design and deploy practical solutions (e.g., predictive analytic, automation, IOT-enabled systems) Build and test MVP's and pilots, then scale successful initiatives across the organisation Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders (technology providers, startups, academia) Act as a bridge between technical solutions and business needs, ensuring adoption and execution Strong expertise in artificial intelligence and its applications in the FM-CG industry. Experience in AI, automation, digital transformation, or Industry 4.0 Proven experience in developing and implementing AI strategies within a business context. Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML, data analytic, and Python-based development Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration. Strong understanding of data architecture, IOT systems, and enterprise platforms Ability to stay updated on the latest developments in AI and industry trends. Competitive salary.
