Key responsibilities for the role include: Full ownership of the P&L, including pricing, revenue growth, cost control, and forecasting Develop and execute a global commercial strategy for public courses Lead international expansion by identifying priority topics, markets, and delivery formats Shape marketing and demand generation strategy using data and performance insights Line-manage business development activity to convert leads and optimise course fill rates Oversee course portfolio planning, scheduling, capacity utilisation, and cancellation decisions Manage instructor and delivery costs to protect margins and ensure commercial viability Build strong relationships with faculty, corporate buyers, delegates, and internal operations teams
