Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced
Compliance and Legal Assistant Manager
to join a leading Logistics & Maritime company in Jeddah!
This is a pivotal role focused on legal strategy, regulatory adherence, and corporate governance within a dynamic, growing operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement legal strategies aligned with Saudi laws and maritime regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate high-value logistics and real estate contracts.
- Act as the primary liaison with customs and regulatory authorities.
- Manage corporate governance, risk mitigation, and litigation processes.
- Provide expert legal counsel to senior management on M&A and strategic initiatives.

- **Education:**
- BA in Law.
- **Experience:**
- Strong background in legal compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- **Languages:**
- Full professional proficiency in Arabic & English.
- **Location:**
- Currently based in Saudi Arabia
