Overview
Reporting into the compliance team, you will be responsible for supporting and managing regulatory and compliance activities across international markets.
You will act as a trusted advisor to internal teams, ensuring that regulatory requirements are effectively embedded into business operations.
Regulatory & Licensing
- Support the management of licences across multiple jurisdictions
- Assist with licence applications, renewals and regulatory submissions
- Act as a point of contact for regulatory bodies where required
- Ensure adherence to jurisdiction-specific regulatory requirements
Advisory & Compliance
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on regulatory and compliance obligations
- Advise on areas such as consumer protection, AML and broader compliance frameworks
- Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures
Compliance Operations
- Maintain internal controls and compliance frameworks
- Support internal and external audits
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess business impact
- Translate regulatory requirements into practical operational processes
Product & Marketing Review
- Review customer-facing materials, including marketing content and product features
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner closely with product, operations and customer teams
- Provide day-to-day compliance support across the business
- Support regulatory reporting requirements
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of regulatory changes internall
