Role Overview
The Legal Advisor will provide expert legal guidance, support compliance with local regulations and laws, and safeguard the organization's interests.
The role will advise on legal matters affecting real estate projects, business operations, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal support across contract law, corporate governance, compliance, and other business functions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, corporate policies, and other legal documents.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks related to business operations and project developments.
- Represent the company in negotiations, mediations, and conflict resolutions.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making.
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal implications and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary.
Requirements
- Legal education and formal training in diverse areas of law.
- At least five years of legal experience, with real estate and corporate law experience preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian laws and regulations relevant to real estate and business operations.
- Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate complex legal documents.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
