Install, maintain, and repair CCTV systems and surveillance equipment across various sites.
Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and support facility security and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure CCTV cameras, control systems, and surveillance equipment.
- Maintain and inspect CCTV systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CCTV systems.
- Provide technical support and train staff on CCTV system operation.
- Keep accurate installation, maintenance, and service-request records.
- Collaborate with departments and security personnel to recommend security protocol improvements.
- Stay updated on surveillance system trends and technologies.
Requirements
- Technical diploma or certification in Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least three years of CCTV installation and maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance technologies.
- Experience with IP cameras, video management systems, and networking.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret technical schematics and installation manuals.
- Attention to detail, independent working ability, and good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
