Work with architects, clients, and contractors to turn concepts into coordinated design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and project requirements.
- Develop and present design concepts, sketches, and renderings for architectural and interior projects.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that fit the design and provide cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee implementation to ensure quality and schedule adherence.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers during design and construction.
- Keep current with design trends, innovative materials, and industry technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of architectural and interior design experience.
- Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and design standards.
- Creative and artistic ability, attention to detail, communication and presentation skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
