Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Legal Advisor / Litigator
to join our dynamic team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
UAE litigation procedures
, excellent
drafting skills
, and the ability to manage cases, prepare court submissions, and coordinate with local advocates.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft memoranda, pleadings, contracts, and legal correspondence in
- Arabic and English
- Prepare and review all documentation required for court filings
- Coordinate with
- local advocates
- for representation before UAE courts
- Conduct in-depth
- legal research
- and prepare case strategies
- Provide legal opinions and advice to clients and internal departments
- Liaise with clients, government entities, and external stakeholders
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE laws, procedures, and regulations
Requirements
- **Bachelor’s degree in Law**
- (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum
- 7 years of professional legal experience
- , including
- UAE litigation
- **Fluency in both Arabic and English**
- (spoken and written) is essential
- Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing legal documents
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Currently
- based in the UAE
