We work with entrepreneurs, investors, startups, family offices, and multinational companies seeking strategic advisory and operational support across the UAE and international markets.
As part of our expansion, we are seeking a commercially driven Legal Advisor with strong client-facing and business development capabilities.
Role Overview
- The Legal Advisor will play a dual role combining:
- Legal advisory
- Legal services sales and client acquisition
- The ideal candidate should have the ability to build strong client relationships, identify legal advisory opportunities, and convert consultations into long-term retainers and legal service engagements.
- This is a highly commercial role focused on growing the legal division through advisory-led sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on UAE corporate and commercial legal matters
- Conduct legal consultations with potential clients
- Convert consultations into paid legal services and retainers
- Structure and propose legal solutions based on client needs
- Draft and review agreements, MOUs, shareholder agreements, and corporate documents
- Advise on company structuring and compliance matters
- Work closely with the business setup and real estate divisions for cross-selling opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and investors
- Manage client follow-ups and proposal submissions
- Maintain strong CRM discipline and pipeline management
- Support legal department growth and recurring retainer acquisition

Requirements
- Previous experience in UAE legal advisory or corporate services
- Strong commercial awareness and sales capability
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build trust with high-value clients
- Strong understanding of UAE corporate and commercial laws
- Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Client-facing advisory experience is essential
- Fluent English required
- Preferred Background
- Candidates with experience in:
