Rose Island Real Estate is a growing real estate brokerage company in the UAE, committed to delivering professional real estate services with integrity and compliance.
We are currently looking for a professional Legal Advisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support related to real estate operations
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws and real estate regulations
- Support management in legal and compliance matters
- Handle legal documentation related to property transactions
- Coordinate with external legal authorities and government entities when required
- Review tenancy contracts, MOUs, and company agreements
- Monitor legal risks and provide recommendations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information
- Support dispute handling and legal communication when necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of legal experience preferred
- UAE real estate legal knowledge is an advantage
- Strong English communication skills
- Excellent drafting and documentation skills
- Professional and detail-oriented personality
- Ability to handle confidential legal matters
- Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations preferred
- Arabic language is a plus but not mandato
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates currently available in UAE preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Real estate industry experience is an advantage
Salary Details
Starting from AED 3,000 per month and will be discussed based on experience and interview performance.
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
