Work arrangement
- Full-time, onsite work in the UAE.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Advise management on business operations and commercial matters; draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and company policies; advise on automotive services, vehicle modifications, permits, and approvals.
- Handle employment legal matters and UAE Labour Law compliance; identify legal risks and recommend solutions.
- Coordinate with law firms, legal representatives, and government authorities; assist with disputes, claims, and proceedings through qualified representatives.
- Maintain legal records and monitor regulatory changes affecting operations.
Qualifications and requirements
- Law bachelor's degree or equivalent recognized legal qualification; previous Legal Advisor or similar experience.
- Strong knowledge of UAE commercial law and regulatory requirements; experience in contract drafting, legal documentation, and dispute resolution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills; professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is advantageous.
- Automotive and vehicle modification regulatory knowledge is advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 5,000 per month.
