Job Title: Legal Advisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and organized Legal Advisor with strong knowledge of UAE labor and corporate laws. This individual will be solely responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support. The ideal candidate must possess proficient document review abilities and be well-versed in UAE legal practices. They will analyze legal issues, formulate effective legal strategies, and ensure compliance with labor and corporate laws. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced legal environment are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Draft contracts, legal submissions, and authoritative legal opinions in adherence to both UAE labor and corporate regulations.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of legal issues and provide expert guidance on legal solutions, considering both UAE labor and corporate laws.
• Independently manage legal tasks such as litigation, contract management, and dispute resolution in alignment with both labor and corporate laws.
• Ensure organizational compliance with corporate legal requirements and legislation.
• Review legal documents, identify priority issues, and offer appropriate resolutions, adhering to corporate regulations.
• Effectively communicate legal risks to stakeholders and suggest mitigation strategies, considering corporate perspectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external legal advisors and consultants specializing in various aspects of UAE laws.
• Should have basic knowledge of visa renewal, issuing new visa from DMCC portal, issuance and renewal of Trade License, KSA business visa application, etc.
• (Should have experience in handling DMCC Portal.)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of Inhouse UAE experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in UAE labor and corporate laws.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and research methods, specifically related to UAE labor and corporate laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Age Not more than 33
• Preference will be given to Immediate joiner.
